Deborah Cross, REALTOR®, Broker-In-Charge

Deborah Cross is our Broker in Charge in our High Rock office. Deborah has an AAS degree in Paralegal. She worked 20 years specializing in real estate title searches and closings, and estates. She received her license in 1999 as a Real Estate Broker. Deborah, along with a partner owned their own real estate company from 1999 to 2002. From 2002 to 2005 she ran the Lexington office of Mid-Carolina Realty Group. Her specialty has always been commercial, including restaurants, convenience stores, and retail. Deborah also handled retail restaurant and convenience store leasing. She graduated with a CCIM designation in 2002. After leaving Mid- Carolina Realty Group, she was an investment consultant and broker for commercial clients. She has continued this to present.

Deborah is married with three kids, one grandchild and one on the way. She has a small farm and lives on High Rock Lake.
